Allow me to introduce myself.
My name is Courtney Wilding. My passion is helping others achieve their goals and dreams. I am a multi award winning Coach and founder CEO of Puregain Coaching and a member of Wealth Master International.
I help people by coaching them through the core skill sets required to achieve success. Topics include; Goal setting, planning, leadership and self management. I also coach and guide clients in their personal development with the aim of achieving significant breakthroughs and attainment of set goals.
I have a loyal client base and many of my clients have achieved significant improvements to their business and life through working directly with me.
I have attained Coach of the Year twice and three years in succession Best Client Results Coach. I am a Member of the International Coach Federation and the International Coach Institute.

Prior to establishing my coaching and training company I developed a highly successful senior management position in the retail sector and a senior management and leadership career within the financial services sector. I held senior positions for consulting and banking organisations including Halifax Bank, HSBC and Barclay Berry Birch. It was here I developed an excellent reputation for managing, coaching and training teams and individuals to achieve outstanding results.
I have an extensive knowledge of personal development, management and leadership and gained my leadership and management qualifications via courses and development programs provided by Corporate and private means, including the Institute of Management and the Financial Services Authority.
I was one of the first financial planners in the UK to become accredited with the Personal Financial Planning certificate. I am also certified at the Advanced level for compliance, regulation, and also for corporate retirement planning. I have an in depth knowledge of business financial planning and a memeber of the Chatered Insurance institute.
Over a 25 year career, I have graduated from many personal development courses, studied EFT and NLP and am fascinated by human potential.
I hold regular client development seminars, workshops, and two day intensive retreats throughout the year specifically designed for clients who want to dramatically improve their business and personal success. Over a 25 year leadership, management and coaching career, I have amassed many thousands of hours of coaching clients.
I decided to leave the corporate world to be the “master of my own destiny” and in 2003 I created and successfully launched Puregain Coaching. I also created, designed and launched a unique program entitled the Business Owners Academy now in its fifth successful year. I can help you:
